It was such a pleasure to meet you during my second visit with Dad.  I was so impressed to see you walk into the room and watch Dad light up and immediately.  He responded to you by smiling, held your hand and talked to you when the staff said he couldn't talk.  He talked to YOU.  The staff and director also acknowledged the effect you had on him during his stay. Although Dad's now resting in power, you continue to reach out to us (the family) to see how we're doing.  If you ever need someone to speak about your quality of care you provide, please feel free to have them contact me, and I'd happily speak to the beauty of your Spirit as I witnessed the love, care and attention you gave him.  As the eldest, I welcome and enjoy you being part of our family as you went well above and beyond your role in providing Dad with care and comfort during his transition. I want to express my heartfelt appreciation on behalf of my family and myself for Tanesha's profoundly positive impact on our lives. Particularly in the life of my uncle Clarence Davis. Tanesha's selfless support has been a game changer revitalizing his spirit thru her thoughtful acts of cooking, cleaning, bathing and companionship while diligently addressing his daily needs. Tanesha's unwavering commitment has been a powerful source of inspiration as she has continuously demonstrated an exceptional level of care and respect. Moreover, her compassionate care for my grandmother my uncle's mother has been a testament as well to her remarkable kindness, insuring the wellbeing of our entire family. We are forever grateful for the transformative difference she made during her time with them. Although my grandmother is no longer with us Tanesha continues to visit my uncle at his facility cutting his hair and checking on him a true testimate to her enduring dedication.

We are so grateful for the compassionate care Tanesha Dickerson provided to our father during his illness. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication brought peace and comfort to our entire family. Tanesha went above and beyond—treating him with dignity, engaging him in conversation, and brightening even his hardest days. Her reliability, communication, and genuine heart made all the difference. We truly believe caregiving is her calling, and we wholeheartedly love and appreciate Tanesha.

Dear Tanesha (NeNe) I'm sitting down to write this letter to you with so much love and gratitude in my heart. I want you to know how much it meant to me that you were there for me during those tough times in the hospital and rehab. When I wasn't able to speak up for myself, you were my voice. You advocated for me, you fought for me, and you made sure I got the care I needed. You made sure I was fed, comfortable, and treated with kindness. Your presence was a constant source of comfort and strength for me. I know it wasn't easy, but you were my rock. You navigated the healthcare system, asked the right questions, and pushed for answers when I needed them. Your love and dedication kept me going, even on the darkest days. Before I became a nurse, I had the desire, but I also had doubts. There were moments I questioned myself, my abilities, and whether I was strong enough to pursue such a demanding path. But you saw something in me that I didn’t always see in myself. You spoke life into me, encouraged me when I felt discouraged, and reminded me of my purpose when I felt lost. Your words, your support, and your belief in me gave me the strength to keep going. You didn’t just tell me I could do it—you made me believe it. Because of you, I pushed through challenges, stayed focused, and never gave up on becoming the nurse I am today. Now, every time I put on my scrubs and care for others, I carry a piece of your encouragement with me. The compassion, strength, and dedication I bring into nursing are, in many ways, a reflection of what you poured into me. Thank you for believing in me, for uplifting me, and for being a source of light in my journey. I wouldn’t be where I am today without your influence, and I’m forever grateful.

I would like to say Thank you for the handling and care of my Mom, Your passion allowed her to be comfortable around you to accept the care you provided to her. Thank you for understanding her process and giving the family peace of mind.

Volunteering with WTM was a rewarding experience. I enjoyed being part of an organization that is truly committed to serving the community with compassion and purpose. I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back and would encourage others to volunteer with WTM.
